When I first became aware of this concept of the Money Mindset and the fact that I had beliefs engrained in my brain, some of them subconscious even, that could date all the way back to childhood and that are the cause of my terrible money decisions in my adult life, I immediately felt relief. But the science and psychology backing up these solutions up gave me comfort and hope.
